At the Buckhead Community Bank Family of Banks, we believe the confidentiality and protection of customer information is one of our fundamental responsibilities.  As our customer, you provide us with important information about yourself.  And while information is critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our customers’ trust.   We believe it is our responsibility to safeguard your personal and financial information, and we recognize and respect the privacy and security expectations of our customers. 


We have developed the following policies to ensure you confidentiality and maintain your confidence in our bank.  These policies detail the strict standards we have in place.  For this reason we ask that you please read the following information carefully.

We, our, and us, when used in this notice, mean The Buckhead Community Bank Family of Banks.  This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words “you” and “your” we mean the following types of customers:
